Induction Cooking has been around for a while and is becoming more popular not just in restaurants but in the home too.  It’s fast, efficient and much safer than conventional cooking methods.  Induction cooking heats your pan by magnetic induction instead of thermal conduction from a flame, or an electrical element. Because inductive heating directly heats the pan, quick changes in temperature can be achieved.  Induction Cooking is quite efficient, which means it puts less waste heat into the kitchen, can be quickly turned off, and is safer compared to gas and electric stoves. Cooktops are also usually easy to clean, because the cooktop itself does not get very hot.
