Safe EMail
Safe EMail offers strong end to end security for transfer of messages over local and wide area communications for both corporate and entrerprise networks. The solution combines ease of use and flexibility while retaining corporate control of key distribution.
Safe EMail is integrated into a workstation environment and supports key acquisition and distribution, message encryption, decryption and file functionality. Hundreds or thousands of users can simply exercise Safe EMail's capabilities either by default or by choosing options for encryption for each message or attachment to be sent. The key management and certification systems implemented with Safe EMail ensure that every user is uniquely and reliably identified.The key certification procedures allow anyone to validate a given user's digital signature verification key. This enables digital signatures on messages to be uniquely related back to individual users.
Safe EMail supports a range of messaging clients software environments. It integrates seamlessly with the mail clients' graphical user interfaces. User selectable cryptographic options include encryption of message body and attachments and processing of digital signatures.
High security user authentication and key protection is achieved by equipping users with the smart card security option. It provides on card storage and processing of the private component of a user's public key pair.
Protection of messages in transit across local and wide area networks is the most critical issue for users of modern communications system. Safe EMail protects messages using message encryption and has procedures for secure management of keys. The system also supports encryption for safekeeping of important files.
Safe Keys
The Safe Keys product creates, manages and distributes encryption keys. A number of cryptographic key management options are supported using the product as required to match a variety of user and organisational requirements. Digital signatures, secure hashing algorithms and the strength of public key cryptography combine to provide the building blocks of the Safe Keys management environment.
