This Event Reporting System streamlines the Problem Tracking and Event Reporting process making Problem Tracking and Event Reporting simple and easy.

The Event Reporting System is a highly customizable database application designed to track arbitrary events which undergo state changes during their lifetime. Typical application areas for this product are: Problem reports, Help desk, Technical events and Issue tracking.

The product is designed as a Windows application written in VisualBasic running against either a desktop database (Access) or a database server running any database supporting Windows ODBC drivers.

One major customer for the product uses the system to track reportable events and problems within its analog and digital mobile telephony network.
